    we accept cash, any kind of credit/debit card and apple pay (we DO NOT accept EBT)

    Our shop does not do any shipping or online orders. We are very sorry for the inconvenience!
  • Do you offer delivery?
    No. Our shop does not offer any kind of delivery service.
  • Can I exchange, return or get a refund on my item?"
    No! We are sorry but there are no returns/refunds/exchanges on any items!
  • What products do you sell?
    The Cake Palace sells a large array of baking and treat supplies. Some examples of our products include: - merckens melting chocolate - seasonal supplies (depending on the holiday) - cake and cupcake decorations - food coloring - frosting - fillings - sprinkles & confettis (in different colors, shapes and styles) - different colored fondant - cake pans, boards, and boxes - chocolate molds (plastic and silicone)
  • Do you sell baked goods?
    No. The Cake Palace does not sell any cakes, cupcakes or edible treats. Our store sells the products to make these items.
  • What kind of chocolate do you carry?
    The Cake Palace only sells Merckens chocolate melts.
  • Where can I leave questions?
    You can leave/ask any of your questions in 1 of 3 places. The best place to leave questions is through our Instagram (cakepalace151) this is the place you will get the quickest replies and information. We will respond any time everyday, including our closed days. You can also ask questions by calling the shop our phone number is located on our "contact" tab, the only downside about calling is that we will not answer the phone on our closed days. The last place to leave questions is through our chat here on our website. It may take a couple days for us to respond. Please note we respond to instagram messages and questions before everything else.
  • Where can I leave feedback?
    You can leave any and all feedback here on our wesbite. Go to the "contact" page and find the "send feedback" button. There you can fill out our feedback form.
  • Do you offer classes?
    Currently we are not offering any classes. Due to the lack of sign ups, we have decided to stop offering classes for the time being. Although, if you are interested in taking classes, you can message us here through our website, or you can DM us on Instagram.
  • How much does it cost to take a class?
    the class prices do vary depending on the class we're offering at the time.
  • When is your next class?
    We are currently not offering any classes.
  • Where can I sign up for a class?
    Class sign-ups take place at our shop! When we have announced our next class, come into our shop and we will be glad to sign you up! (if the class is not full)
  • Who teaches the classes?
    Our wonderful pastry chef Lisa, teaches all of our classes.
  • How old do I have to be to take a class?
    Children 10 and over are eligible to take any of our classes and must be accompanied by an adult. Anyone over the age of 15 may take a class without a parent or guardian.
  • I'm not able to make it to the class, can I get a refund?"
    Yes. You can get a refund as long as you cancel within 2 days before the class takes place - due to planning and prepping.
  • What materials do I need to bring?
    Usually we don't require participants to bring any materials, but at times we may ask you to bring in a couple supplies that we are not able to provide.
