Meet Patricia Canedo, the proud owner of The Cake Palace. She has lived in Wilmington/San Pedro California her whole life. Patricia took over ownership of the shop in September 2018. Who better than Pat to take over the store, as she has been shopping here for many, many years. Pat and her assistants have been working hard to improve The Cake Palace, and to make it as customer friendly as possible. If you are ever in the shop don't be afraid to ask her a question. Pat has tons of experience in baking and treat making. Pat will always assist you and give her best advice on your questions. Pat appreciates all of her customers support and loves meeting all of you!
