Pick Up Service

The Cake Palace does offer a quick and easy pick up service. If you choose to place an order for pick up, please make sure you:

- are able to pick up before we close

- know exactly what items you'd like

if you are not able to complete the steps above, we will either not be able to complete your order, or we will ask you to come into the shop. Our only method to place a pick up order is to call us and an employee will be more than happy to assist you! To contact our shop you can click

Return & Exchange Policy

During the coronavirus pandemic our shop is currently not accepting any returns, exchanges or refunds! Although when the coronavirus pandemic is no longer in affect we will not accept returns for any food/edible items or any wedding and/or seasonal items. Any other products that do not apply to the mentioned items above are returnable.
